Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations 

We currently ship to all European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

 

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated delivery times

European Union : 3 to 7 business days. 

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein : 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. All applicable charges will be displayed before payment.

 

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking informations.

 

Customs duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be payable by the customer.

 

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or a failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
